About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients’ physical condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention strategies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff.

Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides, as appropriate.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state license (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.

CPR certification (as required by setting).

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
