Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel contract in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health nursing, proficiency in OASIS documentation, and experience with Homecare Homebase. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes while ensuring their needs are met and outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately
• Utilize Homecare Homebase for efficient and accurate charting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in on-call coverage as required
