Join a cutting-edge semiconductor construction project as a Contract Manager , where you'll take the lead on negotiating, drafting, and managing complex subcontractor agreements for one of the most advanced builds in the U.S.

In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee contract compliance, mitigate commercial risks, and serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and subcontractors—driving successful execution from preconstruction through closeout.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead contract negotiation and finalization with subcontractors, vendors, and service providers
• Draft and manage subcontracts, service agreements, change orders, and amendments
• Monitor compliance with project specs, safety standards, and federal regulations (FAR, Davis-Bacon, CHIPS Act)
• Support dispute resolution, progress payment reviews, and contract closeout
• Maintain organized documentation, including RFIs, claims, negotiation logs, and correspondence
