DreamWorks Animation se dedica a la producción de películas y series animadas de alta calidad reconocidas internacionalmente.   • Salario : USD 78,312 – USD 120,000 / año.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Crear actuaciones memorables , capaces de definir personajes y aportar ideas originales.
  • Desarrollar el contenido emocional de cada escena utilizando habilidades interpretativas.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el Head of Character Animation y Supervising Animators para mantener la fidelidad de los modelos.
  • Establecer y mantener un alto estándar de calidad de animación para el equipo.
  • Adaptarse a diversos estilos de animación , incluyendo la creación de mecánicas sobresalientes y poses atractivas.
  • Probar configuraciones de personajes y desarrollar nuevas herramientas de animación .
  • Resolver problemas técnicos de forma autónoma y saber cuándo escalar incidencias.
  • Comprensión avanzada del pipeline de animación CG .
  • Comunicarse eficazmente y anticipar / supervisar posibles retrasos en el calendario.
  • Ser receptivo a feedback y cambios dentro del proceso creativo.
  • Mentorizar a nuevos animadores y compartir conocimientos para optimizar la eficiencia y el crecimiento del departamento.

    • Requisitos básicos

  • BA o formación equivalente adquirida a través de educación, experiencia laboral y / o capacitación.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional en Animación CG .
  • Dominio en Performance de personajes .
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras y fines de semana si el proyecto lo requiere.

    • Requisitos deseados

  • Conocimientos en Rigging .
  • Habilidades destacadas en Dibujo .
  • Destrezas en Animación tradicional y Storyboard .

    • Información adicional

  • El puesto requiere modalidad híbrida, con presencia mínima de tres días semanales en oficina.
  • Los candidatos externos pueden necesitar entrevista presencial en NBCUniversal.
