Overview The Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority (ACWA JPIA) is an award-winning risk pool serving California’s public water agencies. They are proud of their supportive, collaborative workplace and are excited to welcome a new Communication Specialist II to their Member Education Department in Roseville, CA.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy, has a passion for impactful communication, and is motivated by the opportunity to support and engage member agencies through clear, professional, and innovative messaging.

What You’ll Do Develop and deliver clear, engaging content across newsletters, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels

Design and produce multimedia materials, including graphics, videos, and presentations, to support events and initiatives

Support podcasts, digital platforms, and other innovative outreach strategies that connect with member agencies
