Autoskin Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Main focus of this position is to focus on quality of product and promote continuous improvement activities while considering the customer's perspective and communicating reports. This is accomplished from maintaining ISO management systems for quality. Progress should be reported considering quality indexes. This position is heavily involved with the inspection process of both product and quality controls methods and procedures.

Job Description

• 1. External Quality Assurance
• 1) Customer Claim Response (Product, Product, Warranty)
• Corrective action, 8D
• Reporting of external Quality Cost, Customer Consultation Report
• 2) Supplier management
• Suppliers evaluation (new, regular, including PU and processor companies)
• Suppliers Claim (Customer Occurrence, Reclaim)
• Claims from suppliers and activities to prevent recurrence, etc
• 2. Quality for new products
• 1) Approval of new products
• PPAP and ISIR submission
• Process Audit Response
• 2) Early product management
• Inspection, Shipment Approval
• Reliability test
• 3. Resident Employee Management
• 1) Resident Employee / Liaison
• Travel expenses, labor costs, contract renewal, etc
• 4. ILO
• 1) Import inspection of raw materials (sampling)
• 2) Shipmen Inspection (sampling)
