We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within this Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs. Enterprise Pool 1

• Base rate + $3.00 / Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
• 1 facility - preferred location / closest to home
• At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type / specialty area
• 12 months of experience in unit type / specialty area Unit Type / Specialty Areas
• NICU / Pediatrics Benefits
• PRN : +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits
• Full Time / Part Time : Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility Qualifications In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :
• RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact,
• Colorado Only : RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
• BLS from the American Heart Association required
