• 24 hour call coverage
• Pediatric floor rounding average 0 - 3 patients
• ED consults up to 25 per day
• Level I and II nursery average 0 - 10 patients
• Hospital setting with high-risk delivery attendance
• Required procedures include UVC, circumcisions, lumbar punctures
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
