Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory management, quality assurance, and auditing, along with current certifications for Order Picker and Standard Reach Truck operation. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse organization, and ensuring all inventory transactions meet company and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Order Picker and Standard Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with warehouse and QA teams.

Track and record all inventory movements using warehouse management systems.

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with company standards.

Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory and audit activities.

Assist with warehouse organization, labeling, and storage optimization.

Support QA and production teams in maintaining traceability and product integrity.

Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Must be Order Picker and Standard Reach Truck certified

Prior experience in Inventory Control , Quality Assurance , or Auditing required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer and data entry skills; experience with warehouse management systems preferred

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
