Job description

Client Coordinator – Healthcare Industry

  • ?? Newton, MA (On-Site)
  • ?? $50,000 – $60,000 + Health, Dental, Vision + 401(k) with Match
  • ?? Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and building strong relationships? We're seeking a Client Coordinator with expereice in the healthcare industry to join our client's growing team.

In this role, you'll be the central point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, high-quality care coordination, and outstanding experiences at every step. If you're looking for a chance to make a real difference while growing your career, this is it.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate client accounts and ensure healthcare services are delivered seamlessly.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providers, and partners.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve challenges, and proactively find solutions.
  • Document client interactions and updates accurately.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions to care providers.
  • Collaborate with the team on process improvements and quality initiatives.

    • What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer support, must include healthcare experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to build strong client relationships.
  • BA / BS preferred, but not required.
