Procurement Manager

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead and optimize purchasing and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage procurement activities for operational efficiency and compliance

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to secure favorable terms and supplier relationships

Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement

US Citizenship and ability to obtain a government DoD security clearance

Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a government contracting environment

Strong negotiation skills and business acumen for securing optimal pricing and terms

In-depth knowledge of FAR / DFARS regulations and supplier management
