Description

The client is seeking a Senior Wealth Manager to build and grow their book of business in Dallas, TX. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced financial advisor who thrives in a technology-driven wealth management environment and is passionate about leveraging Fintech to enhance the advisor and client experience.

This role offers the chance to actively manage client relationships, grow a practice with full operational support, and collaborate with product development teams to help refine cutting-edge wealth management technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, manage, and grow client relationships, supporting business development efforts.

Provide holistic financial planning, including investment strategy, tax, retirement, estate, insurance, and charitable giving.

Analyze client financial situations, create investment recommendations, and implement long-term strategies.

Partner with tax, estate, and insurance professionals to optimize financial outcomes.

Collaborate with product development teams to enhance advisor and client technology tools.

Support growth initiatives by helping source, pitch, and onboard new advisors.

Must-Have Qualifications :

10+ years of investment advisory experience.

Actively advised book of business.

Certified as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 + 66, or equivalent).

Strong ownership mindset and desire to make an impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Enthusiasm for Fintech and leveraging technology for enhanced client experiences.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

Prior experience at a technology-focused company.

BS or MS in an analytical or technical field.

Experience managing clients with $1M+ in assets.

Depth of expertise in key areas such as tax, estate planning, or stock options.

Proficiency in financial planning software.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
