Job Description

Position is responsible for providing leadership, direction and support for Home Medical Equipment departments. Responsible for developing, coordinating, facilitating, and implementing policies, procedures, short-term goals, and long-term goals to ensure that resources are maximized, and financial viability is maintained for the achievement of department and organizational objectives. Responsible for managing and directing the home health care equipment and services. Oversees the rental, sale and service of medical equipment and medical supplies. Ensures department operates within budget and in accordance with performance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field

Licenses / Certifications : (None)

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• Five (5) years of experience in Home Medical Equipment.
• Prior management experience in a hospital / healthcare environment.
• Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the CQI process.
