Family Practitioner - Garfield (Clinton Township, MI)

Henry Ford Health  is looking for a  Family Practitioner  to join the team at Henry Ford Cornerstone Family Medicine, located in Clinton Township, MI

Position Highlights :

• Garfield Family Practice
• Busy 8 provider group
• Full time position  - 36 hours direct facing, 4 hours administrative.  Hours include one evening and Saturday rotation
• Call is shared by group.   Will be part of call rotation
• Family Medicine (DO or MD) -
• Office has xray on site, Point of Care Testing (CLIA waived), EKG, PFT
• Based scope of services :    ages newborn and up, preventive and acute care including women's, children, adolescent and men's annual visits, Medicare annual well visits, physicals or sports physicals, wound repair, lesion removals, routine maintenance of prescriptions and other chronic illnesses.
