What you'll do at Cascade :

How you'll do it :

As a Chattel Loan Processor, you will work in a high volume, fast paced, team-oriented environment. You will be the Single Point of Contact on the loan file outside of conversations that are required to be conducted by a licensed Loan Officer. It will be your responsibility to work directly with the borrower and other outside parties to gather and clear conditions to get the file to closing quickly. Furthermore, the Chattel Loan Processor is responsible for maintaining manufactured home retailer, community, and borrower relationships by offering a high level of service during the loan process.

You must be :

• Proficient on the computer and with general Microsoft programs.
• Expert in issuing accurate conditions for portfolio loans that are based on the borrower's unique characteristics and then working with the borrower to meet those conditions.
• Qualified to underwrite and clear credit and income conditions on portfolio loans.
• Demonstrate consistent and accurate judgment in clearing conditions after a formal training process.
• Excellent in time management, phone, and multi-tasking to maintain department SLAs.
• Comfortable working under deadlines and being compensated for completing job function based on predefined key performance indicators.
