Job descriptionMalpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Manage patient encounters, with an emphasis on quality care for 8-12 patients per shift. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans. Handle overnight calls on Thursday evenings, which may occasionally involve inpatient order writing. Experience in managing conditions such as anxiety, affective, ADD / ADHD, and developmental disorders. Preferred experience in treating personality, eating disorders, and employing family and group therapy methods. Proficiency in pharmacotherapy. Daytime hours with optional evening call on Thursday Proficiency in pharmacotherapy and a solid understanding of developmental and affective disorders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team environment. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques preferred.

This assignment involves providing comprehensive mental health care to a pediatric population with a focus on outpatient treatment. The schedule offers flexibility with 4-day workweeks, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, and optional overnight call on Thursday evenings.
