Chronic In-center Dialysis Patient Care Technician

As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you have the unique opportunity to transform lives by providing essential care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. You will be an integral member of a dedicated team, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) to support patients with renal failure.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Deliver safe and high-quality dialysis treatment directly to patients. This includes gathering patient statistics before and after treatment, initiating and terminating treatment, and monitoring patients throughout the process, as well as collecting blood samples as ordered by physicians.
• Technician Duties : Prioritize quality by preparing and maintaining dialysis machines, ensuring they are cleaned and disinfected post-treatment, and conducting safety checks along with logging results for quality control compliance.
• Safety and Quality : Follow all safety protocols using personal protective equipment, adhere to company standards, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while participating in ongoing staff education and meetings.

This position is for our clinic located at 821 FL-44, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.
