Oregon Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist Follow-up 1 (Patient Account Representative 1).

Key Responsibilities

Process and document transactions on insurance accounts, ensuring correct setup and resolution of issues

Communicate with staff and insurance companies to ensure timely processing of account transactions

Perform quality assurance reviews and prioritize accounts for aged accounts receivable resolution

Required Qualifications

Two years of recent experience in healthcare billing or collections, or four years in general collections or customer service

Ability to work with a diverse team and customer base

Accurate data entry skills and ability to work under deadlines

Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office

Certification as a Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) required within 18 months of hire
