Material Handler

Position Summary : The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. This includes receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products and supplies while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and proper documentation.
• Organize and store materials in designated areas.
• Prepare and label items for shipping.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Operate RF scanners or inventory systems (if applicable).
