Were looking for a
- Substance Use Clinician
- to join our spirited and supportive team. This role blends clinical skill, creativity, and a healthy sense of humor while supporting adolescents navigating recovery.
Youll be the powerhouse behind our
- Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)
- running groups, cheering on progress, and keeping our EMR notes as organized as your snack drawer.
- What Youll Do
- Facilitate engaging IOP groups (six hours per week per clientdont worry, not all at once!).
- Host One-on-One Mind Missions (a.k.a. Individual Therapy Sessions) once per week per client
- Master of Scheduling for a case load of 710 residents
- Lead bridge building and rebuild bonds through Family Sessions
- Help clients create
- SMART goals
- that are actually, well smart.
- Complete
- ASAM interviews
- and
- Comprehensive Assessments
- before you can even finish saying motivational interviewing.
- Collaborate with Case Management like a dynamic duo of growth and guidance.
- Write treatment plans so brilliant they deserve their own standing ovation (or at least a round of applause from the Clinical Director).
- Conduct family sessions that turn awkward silences into meaningful breakthroughs.
- Master the art of
- timely documentation
- because if its not in the EMR, did it even happen?
- Use the
- Seven Challenges
- model to spark lightbulb moments.
And occasionally :
- Help out when someones out, answer phones with your customer service voice, and provide the occasional transport ride (car karaoke optional but encouraged).
- What Were Looking For
- Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- NM license (LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LDAC, etc.) or eligible for NM licensure.
- 25 years of clinical experience.
- Experience running groups, collaborating with a team, and not running out of coffee.
- Familiarity with school-based settings or adolescent programs is a plus.
- Bonus points if you can say HIPAA without rolling your eyes.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus and gets you double the thank-yous.
