Project Coordinator

A fast-growing construction management firm based in Honolulu is seeking a Project Coordinator to support large-scale commercial projects in Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

Assist project managers with meetings, client communications, and contractor coordination.

Support pre-design and design phase tasks, including budget and schedule tracking.

Prepare reports and written communications for project stakeholders.

Review and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Conduct site walkthroughs, documenting progress and ensuring quality control.

Coordinate and review payment requests with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

2+ years of construction or project coordination experience preferred.

Must have local project experience in Hawaii.
