We’re looking for a Amazon Sortation Associate to gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, and assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep. Other duties include maintain accurate records and documentation, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with processing returns and exchanges, provide excellent service to customers and team members, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, work collaboratively across teams and departments, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
