We're hiring a Senior FAE to lead how Apera's AI vision technology is delivered, adopted, and scaled in real manufacturing environments. This is a leadership-first role - not just about solving problems, but about building the people and processes that prevent them.

What You'll Actually Do :

• Lead planning, installation, and commissioning of Apera's vision systems at customer sites
• Develop and coach a high-performing FAE team, setting standards for excellence
• Oversee customer onboarding and training programs that build operator confidence
• Collaborate with Engineering / Product to drive product feedback and improvement
• Track operational KPIs - uptime, adoption, and deployment quality
• Create tools and documentation that scale field operations reliably
• Own resolution of complex customer or technical escalations
