We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Pre-Litigation Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury to join our dynamic team. This exciting role is an opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of legal professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in pre-litigation paralegal work to our fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Pre-Litigation Paralegal, your duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Conducting client interviews and maintaining regular contact with clients.
• Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters.
• Assisting attorneys in the preparation for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Conducting legal research and fact-finding investigations.
• Organizing and maintaining case files and trial notebooks.
• Coordinating and scheduling case activities, and maintaining calendar.
• Preparing and filing legal documents with the court.
• Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
