Job description

Job Title : Full-Time Hospitalist

Location : Kansas City, Missouri

Employer : Leading Hospitalist Group

Salary : $240k-315k

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist to provide top-notch medical care across two premier hospitals. Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver comprehensive inpatient care, managing patients from admission through discharge
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
  • Conduct daily rounds, ensuring continuity and quality of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support staff and less experienced physicians

Qualifications :

  • Medical License : Must hold a current Missouri medical license or be willing to obtain one
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hospitalist
  • Education : MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Certification : Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Citizenship : US citizenship or green card holder preferred; sponsorship available for exceptional candidates
