SUMMARY :

Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our Boston Team. The Field Service Technician will provide superior customer service by performing repairs and maintenance service on RbA products.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Service and repair previously installed RbA products.
• Analyzes customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner.
• Keep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues.
• Provide accurate part descriptions, including part number to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Basic knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

SALARY INFORMATION :

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensations package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $22.67 - $35.13 / hr plus annual incentive.

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

PROFIT SHARING :   In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
