Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products : Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Be accurate with attention to detail. Preferred but not Required : 1 year experience in a claims / billing role preferred, but we will train the right person!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer member benefit questions
- Reprice claims
- Create and track invoices
- Billing claims
- Provide great customer service
