Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week (4X9s)

Job Description : -

Assess, treat, and educate patients in areas such as independent living, cognitive retraining, upper extremity function, and assistive equipment use.

Evaluate patients, set treatment goals, and perform skilled physical assessments.

Delegate tasks appropriately to students, assistants, and technicians.

Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience :

Required Education :

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school is required.

Preferred Education :

Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure :

Current / valid state Occupational Therapist licensure is required.

BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Certifications & Licensure :

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).

Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
