Rehab Without Walls is hiring an LCSW to join our Home & Community Rehabilitation team in El Paso, TX!

Who we are looking for :

• We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide specialized mental health counseling for social and emotional adjustment during rehabilitation from catastrophic injury or illness.
• This position involves supporting individuals and families as they adapt to disability and lifestyle changes.
• You will provide therapeutic interventions, as well as resource support and navigation that address the patient's goals.
• Knowledge of medical social work and / or neurological injury (TBI / CVA)
