LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard-working individual with previous apartment maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed.
The Maintenance Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to work with the Property Manager to ensure and coordinate the safety, maintenance, and equipment needs of the property, along with overall requirements of the community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Working knowledge of the following : HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, changing locks and cutting keys, make ready punch lists, carpentry, landscaping, and general curb appealOrdering supplies for inventoryScheduling projects in vacant apartments ahead of time to get work completed in a timely mannerManaging large capital projects including bidding, supervising contractors and sub-contractors, and reviewing completed workCommunicating with vendors and staff to resolve any issuesQualifications include, but are not limited to :
Three (3) years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred) or Technician in a multi-family apartment setting or equivalent industry.HVAC and EPA CertificationExperience with YardiExperience in estimating maintenance and repair timelines and costs associated with projectsThe ability to set goals and create a plan to accomplish themThe ability to understand and work within a budgetKnowledge of property management at the leasing and administrative levels.Intermediate computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.Proven time management skills in meeting deadlines and achieving goalsThe ability to create a team-centered environment and lead that team effectivelyThe ability to take direction from leadership and follow through on the directivePool certification preferred
