Job descriptionCandidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher. Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study. Degree may be substituted for comparable additional industry experience and / or industry accepted training and certification. This position will be remote for 6 months and then will transition to a Hybrid role with 2 / 3 days on site weekly. Work on a team to create Infrastructure as Code to manage ingress into our environment. Work on a team to develop pipelines and processes that implement containerized RMF (Risk Management Framework) processes. Sigma Defense is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes, Linux, Infrastructure as Code, and Networking to fill a new position in a growing team. We work to bring modern software practices to development and production environments in the Department of Defense.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, Helm, and Flux.
- CKAS / CKAD is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Essential Job Duties (not all inclusive) :
Salary Range : $110,000 - $149,000 annually.
