Illinois Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with members to build trust and develop tailored care plans

Collaborate cross-functionally with team members on clinical and strategic initiatives

Provide clinical coverage outside of standard business hours when required

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree

Active pharmacist license in good standing in Illinois and at least one additional U.S. state

Completion of an accredited residency program (PGY-1 or PGY-2)

2+ years experience working directly with patients and healthcare providers

In-depth knowledge of drug administration and disease state management
