• The Patient Services Representative II represents the face of the company to patients who come in for routine health needs or diagnostic testing.
• This role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and maintaining a professional, safe, and patient-focused environment.
• The PSR II creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence by explaining procedures and performing collections skillfully and accurately.
• Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, patient service center, or other locations as required.
• Responsibilities include performing daily tasks accurately, maintaining records, and demonstrating organizational commitment while upholding company standards.
