POSITION SUMMARY :

The Water Fitness Instructor will lead the facility's swim fitness. The ages will range between 12-60 years old. Applicants should be able to construct, articulate, and execute proper sessions and deliver curriculum in line with organizational philosophy. NOTE : Candidates must not currently be employed with a competing venue or partner organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

• Teaching relevant skills, tactics, and techniques to a wide range of athletes, individuals and group
• Monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing athlete performance and needs.
• Providing suitable feedback via positivity, encouragement, example, and motivation
• Demonstrating an activity clearly by breaking down the task or technique into a sequence
• Friendly and courteous with athletes, parents, and Sand Mountain team members
• Identifying athlete strengths and areas for development
• Ensuring a safe environment for all athletes
• Implementing the curriculum in an accurate, creative, positive, and efficient fashion
• Organize meets, both home and away
