What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Staff Accountant :

Reconcile bank statements monthly.

Prepare associated reporting and cash management.

Prepare required journal entries and adjustments, voucher payments, and review purchase orders for accuracy.

Completes monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports and grant expenditure reporting, provides and initial review and analysis of financial statement / reports and variance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Staff Accountant :

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or a related field.

3+ years of full-cycle accounting.

Non-profit organization experience is a plus.

Experience with Microix and MIP Fund Accounting software is strongly desired.

Solid MS Excel : Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS

Ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently and accurately
