Rebuild / Remodel Technician

Carpenter Position

This is an important role in the delivery of client projects following Restoration 1 of Grand Rapids guidelines. This individual performs reconstruction activities after emergency mitigation such as installing drywall, texture, trim, paint, small tile projects, etc. The Carpenter's primary goal is to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• 2 to 3 years of experience in carpentry, trim, drywall, paint and tile
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must have valid driver license
• Own standard set of tools to perform tasks (Most hand tools, drill set)
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time Management Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Professional appearance and demeanor
