Job descriptionConduct initial patient evaluations, physical exams, and preventive health assessments. Perform phlebotomy, minor procedures, wound care, and screenings. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess health conditions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (within 48 hours of visits). Develop and implement health promotion and chronic disease management strategies. Provide workplace assessments and health and safety training. Administer Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals and other required screenings. Participate in flu shot and biometric events. Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution . Current APRN & FNP licensure in Kentucky . DOT Certification (required).
