The Brass Tap in Hampton Cove, Alabama is looking for a Kitchen Manager with minimum 3-5 years of experience. Looking for somebody that can take charge, resolve issues, manage resources and operations. Paid full time salary position $50,000 / yr plus potential bonus every 12 months if specific annual performance metrics and all expectations are exceeded or met. Must be reliable with a clean background. Come in for an interview during business hours.

Our Kitchen Manager oversees all back-of-house operations, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, meeting Corporate requirements

Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling kitchen staff, ordering supplies, developing special menus, managing budgets, minimizing waste and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
