Position Overview : The Axel Group is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented and highly organized Estimator to manage and streamline the bid process for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize Building Connected to manage and coordinate bid documents efficiently.
• Receive, organize, and prepare subcontractor bid documents for review. Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors to facilitate the timely receipt of bid proposals.
• Actively solicit subcontractors to ensure comprehensive bid coverage and prepare proposals for client submission.
• Ensure all bid documents are organized and comply with the internal bid process.
• Produce and maintain proposal directories and reports for all proposals.
• Update and maintain information in the Building Connected database.
• Keep subcontractor contact information current and accurate.
