Job Qualifications

Ability to successfully complete:

The Exercise Coach Certification course

Nutrition Playbook Certification course

Ability to get a valid CPR/AED certificate from nationally-recognized provider

Must be eligible to work in USA.

Must be people-oriented and well-spoken

Must have an energetic, outgoing and positive personality

Day in the Life of a Certified Exercise Coach As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.

Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.

Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven Exerbotics equipment.

Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.

Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.

Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.

Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.

Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.

24 hours (or less) from now: Email or Text to Schedule Interview
