Responsibilities
Build, test, and optimize various email flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, etc.)Set up and manage 2-3 email campaigns per weekQA / test flow logic, fix errors, and improve performance metricsConsolidate SMS and popups into Klaviyo for streamlined communicationEnsure list hygiene, proper segmentation, and sunsetting of inactive profilesQualifications
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify in a DTC eCommerce settingStrong copywriting skills and knowledge of retention subscription marketingProven experience in flow architecture and testing within KlaviyoAbility to work directly with internal teams without outsourcingExperience working with clients in the beauty or supplements sector is a plusPreferred Qualifications
