Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of light industrial construction projects from start to finish. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external teams. Manage procurement of materials and resources needed for each project.
