Pre & Post Op Nurse Manager

Responsible for supervising and directing clinical care in all pre-operative and post-operative areas of the center according to its policies, philosophy, and objectives. Responsible for supervising and directing surgical scheduler and nurse navigator. Coordinates and directs patient care and related activities of the center according to accepted standards. Shares responsibilities for the fiscal activities of the clinical services. Analyzes and evaluates clinical care to improve quality of care given. Works closely with administrative and medical staff in coordinating patient-care service functions / . May also act in the capacity of a Pre-Op or Post-Op Nurse, as necessary.
