Gastroenterology Southern Oregon

Position Overview

Join a new gastroenterology service line in Southern Oregon! This is an exciting opportunity for four BC / BE Gastroenterologists to build and shape a program from the ground up in a supportive, physician-led environment. Candidates with expertise in ERCP and EUS are strongly encouraged to apply. Visa candidates are welcome.

Opportunity Highlights

Year 1 : Base salary $570,000
Year 2 : Higher of guaranteed $570,000 or $ / wRVU plan + incentives up to 16%
Year 3 : $ / wRVU-based salary + incentives up to 16%
Signing bonus
Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
Annual CME allowance
240 hours (30 days) authorized time off per year
Call schedule to be determined as the service line develops
Collaboration with an independent GI group currently supporting the hospital
