The Director of Property Management oversees the day-to-day operations of multi-family apartment properties through hands-on, in-the-field management. The DPM is responsible for providing overall team leadership and implementing policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to operate efficiently and effectively to achieve operational and financial performance objectives.

Leadership :

• Provide professional and positive leadership and mentoring to all on-site staff, promoting the core values and brand of the company and encouraging team and individual development through ongoing communication, training, and staff meetings.
• Establish metric-driven expectations for all management, leasing, and maintenance personnel and hold property managers accountable for performance and overall operations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and the Senior Management Team to identify staffing needs and participate in recruitment and hiring.
• Participate in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and practices and ensure compliance across all properties.
