Job Summary :
Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C. is looking for a full-time Billing Analyst to join our Accounting Department. Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, the Billing Analyst will assist in ensuring that all invoices are accurate & sent in a timely manner and will perform a monthly billing reconciliation.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Review monthly drafts and make necessary edits, as instructed by attorneys
- Create invoice batches and send to clients
- Submit ebills via BillBlast
- Work with attorneys on appeals
- Submit budgets as needed
- Perform monthly billing reconciliation to ensure all billing has been sent
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Salary : $90,000 plus annual bonus plan
