The Opportunity
The eBay Services organization is seeking an experienced and strategic business leader to serve as Sr. Director, GM Financial Services. In this role, you will act as the GM for Payments & Financial Services, responsible for defining and executing the business strategy, managing strategic partnerships, overseeing operations, and owning the P&L for eBay's financial services initiatives. A key focus of the role will be managing and optimizing the overall cost of payments, ensuring eBay delivers best-in-class economics while maintaining a trusted, compliant, and seamless experience for buyers and sellers.
You will lead the development and growth of eBay's financial ecosystem across payments, credit, lending, insurance, and other value-added financial solutions to drive customer engagement and long-term business value. This role reports to the VP & GM eBay Services and collaborates closely with partners across product, finance, legal, compliance, and risk. The Sr. Director will directly manage teams focused on business development, partnerships, and operations. This role works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and GTM to influence and deliver business outcomes.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below :
$234,000 - $312,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
