Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions Analyze system requirements and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems Conduct regular system updates and security assessments Provide technical support and training to team members and clients Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology-related field Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) Previous experience in a client-facing role
