Lawn Maintenance Production Supervisor

We currently have a full-time position available for a Lawn Maintenance Production Supervisor with experience in the landscape industry.

As a Production Supervisor you will manage field operations and is responsible for routing crews, safe operations, quality control, client satisfaction, and efficiency of maintenance and enhancement crews.

Specifically, you will assist in leading the department and coordinate with the Department Account Manager and Administrator to ensure that databases are up to date with client information and communication. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, delegating work to crew members, and ensuring the crew is efficient and on budget while the quality and appearance meet the client's and company's standards.

This position will support our Account Manager in estimating and budgeting as needed to help ensure profitability and exceptional outcomes for every account. Regarding the crew members, you will implement hands-on training on the proper operation of equipment, techniques, safety, and quality standards. As a leader, you will develop and review growth plans for employees and provide the counsel and discipline to advance their development. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays necessary.
