• Analyze mold flow prior to and after mold building to prevent molding issues.
• Prepare molds for sampling, including assembly of tools, wiring, testing, and debugging electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems and mold temperature controllers.
• Establish processing standards for new tooling and document established processes.
• Integrate multiple types of robots and automation.
• Execute mold wiring testing and final hook-up to customer specifications.
